American Products has been the sole tenant on the propertylocated at 252 Granite St., since December 1999. The concretetilt-up structure is part of the 4.75-acre Corona Hills IndustrialCenter, a master-planned business park. The building includes 3,600sf of office space, four dock-high loading doors, five ground-levelloading doors, pedestrian and vehicle access from all four sides,skylights in the warehouse and ample parking.
