Timme, a resident of Katonah, has almost 20 years commercialreal estate brokerage experience. He joined Insignia/ESG in 1997after its acquisition of Rostenberg-Doern Company. Prior to workingfor Rostenberg-Doern, he was the director of leasing for GatesideCorporation and also worked at Julien J. Studley.
Insignia/ESG officials say that Timme will serve as the firm'sindustrial and big box representative in a zone that will includeInterstate 84 from Port Jervis, NY (near the Pennsylvania border)to Danbury, CT. The region will also concentrate on the New YorkThruway area to Harriman and up Route 17 to the Interstate 84connection.
In addition to his duties as the regional specialist for theMid-Hudson Valley, Timme will continue to work on tenant and agencyassignments for office clients that include such firms as: KPMGPeat Marwick, Countrywide Mortgage, Hedgeware and a majorWestchester County-based law firm.
