The bulk of the additional space will be used for warehousingits high-tech testing equipment, according to a company official.Part of the space has been leased to an outside firm in a five-yearpact.

The firm, which employs 20 people, isn't planning to add jobs atthis time, GlobeSt.com has been told, although a company statementsays the project had been undertaken to support future growth.

In line with the relocation, the Livermore, CA-based company hadannounced a name change. RenTelco had been doing business asMcGrath RentCorp. Founded in 1979, the firm operates under thetrade name of Mobile Modular Management Corp., which rents andsells modular buildings.
