Wilmorite says it will invest $10 million along with Von Maur inthe new store. Von Maur is also in negotiations with Davis StreetLand to open a store in Southwest suburban Orland Park at thedeveloper's planned 500,000-sf Main Place shopping mall.
Wilmorite says Von Maur is an anchor tenant in 14 regionalshopping centers throughout the Midwest. Charlestowne Mall's otheranchor tenants are Carson Pirie Scott, Sears and Kohl's.
