Sitework is largely completed and the steel is up, with an April1, 2001 occupancy dated targeted. Besides the current building,Wick has received approvals for a flex building of nearly 18,000sf, and is in the planning stages for an even larger facility – a248,000-sf warehouse/distribution center. The latter is on afreestanding site adjacent to BrunsWick Industrial Center.
Wick, based in New Brunswick, owns, manages and leases aportfolio of over two million sf of commercial and industrialspace.
