Terms of the five-year, $1.5-million deal will give Aviant Group11,100 sf at 3780 Kilroy Airport Way. Aviant Group, previouslyknown as MDTSC, has been renting a smaller space in the samebuilding.
The building stands inside Kilroy Airport Center and is owned byEl Segundo-based REIT giant Kilroy Realty Corp. Kilroy representeditself in the transaction. The South Bay office of Grubb &Ellis represented the tenant.
