The buyer of the North Broadway property is Greentree TownhomesLP, with Gleiberman Investments Inc. as the general partner. Duringthe last five years, Mark Gleiberman and his affiliates haveacquired 14 apartment properties in San Diego County, totaling 950units.
The Carlsbad office of Colliers International represented boththe buyer and seller, Amac Investments, in the transaction for the28-year-old complex. An extensive rehabilitation project isplanned.
