ESCONDIDO, CA-A local investment company has sold the 112-unit Greentree Townhomes apartment complex for $8.3 million.

The buyer of the North Broadway property is Greentree Townhomes LP, with Gleiberman Investments Inc. as the general partner. During the last five years, Mark Gleiberman and his affiliates have acquired 14 apartment properties in San Diego County, totaling 950 units.

The Carlsbad office of Colliers International represented both the buyer and seller, Amac Investments, in the transaction for the 28-year-old complex. An extensive rehabilitation project is planned.
