ATLANTA-Turnils, a subsidiary of Hunter Douglas, signed a five-year lease for 77,550 sf in Building 4 at Peachtree North industrial park, raising the occupancy level at the 708,836-sf Gwinnett County property to 99%. Area rents are $5.50 per sf to $8.75 per sf.

Turnils, which manufactures slats and other parts for Venetian blind systems, will move its headquarters from Shawnee Ridge industrial park in the same general area.

McDonald Development, the park’s owner, has developed five million sf over the last seven years and currently has more than 1.8 million sf under construction.
