WASHINGTON DC-Moshe Safdie & Associates has been picked to design a new headquarters for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms. The 422,000-sf building will cost an estimated $79 million to construct. Ground-breaking is scheduled for fall 2001, and delivery is expected in summer 2004.
