A tenant since 1997, the Perkowski firm, which specializes inintellectual property law, also extended its original lease termfor an additional three years. Perkowski will occupy its sixthfloor offices for more than a seven-year term. W&M Constructionwill build out the additional space for the tenant.

Improvements currently under way for completion laterthis fall include: chrome-and-glass handrails on the second andthird floor balconies; a tenants-only, executive conference center;Soundview Grille, a new tenants-only dining facility and theaddition of snack vending machines.
