Hill is a office, industrial and retail specialist in the SanDiego market with an emphasis on institutional sales. He has closedMore than $600 million in sales, nearly $500 million of it since1994. Rowland specializes in brokering leased industrial, officeand retail properties, primarily in the southern, northern andeastern portion of the county.
