Local C&W Office Adds Top Investment Brokers

SAN DIEGO–The local office of Cushman & Wakefield has recruited the institutional investment sales team of Robert E. Hill and Stephen L. Rowland to join its rapidly expanding University Towne Centre office.

In addition to Hill and Rowland, the team will include Kimberly Griffits and Rachelle Oberlin. The quartet will be based at Cushman & Wakefield’s office at 9255 Towne Centre Drive, according to Senior Managing DirectorChuck Hunt.

Hill is a office, industrial and retail specialist in the San Diego market with an emphasis on institutional sales. He has closed More than $600 million in sales, nearly $500 million of it since 1994. Rowland specializes in brokering leased industrial, office and retail properties, primarily in the southern, northern and eastern portion of the county.

“The hiring of the Hill/Rowland team is another important accomplishment in our aggressive recruitment plan for Southern California,” says Hunt. He adds that the Cushman & Wakefield now has more than 150 employees in the San Diego office, one of six in Southern California.
