RealPage, based here, will team both firms' existing anddeveloping technology for facilities management applications, suchas wireless work order and inspections systems and procurementsolutions. The procurement package will be integrated into OneSite,RealPage's web-based multifamily property management system.

Steve Winn, RealPage chairman, says ChannelTECH will enableclients to receive "faster, more complete and more accurateinspections during the make-ready process." The applicationspartnering also reduces work-order paperwork by 20% plus enablestracking of supply inventory, submitting orders to suppliers andreduces the need for maverick purchasing.
