The Fort Lauderdale, FL-based developer's retail group plans tobreak ground by year end on a 19,000-sf fashion-conscious additionto its 215,802-sf Boulevard Square Shopping Center at PinesBoulevard and Hiatus Road.
The site is 30 miles north of Downtown Miami. The tentativeopening is August 2001.
The 13-month-old Boulevard Square property has reached the 99%occupancy level with the signing of three new tenants. Each isleasing 1,227 sf for five years.
