With that deal secured, Raia signed on Van Houten and Paul Gavinof TCC to lease the company's 414 Alfred Ave. in Teaneck, and theduo promptly signed up Apex Foot Care for the entire 72,000-sfbuilding. Apex is relocating to the facility, which was previouslyoccupied by a call center operation, from South Hackensack. Becauseof its previous use, the facility offers T-1 and fiber-optic linesand other high-tech amenities.
