CHARLOTTE-The pioneer of the subscription computing concept is leasing 50,000 sf for an estimated five years at suburban Forest Park. The company selected the Charlotte area over Atlanta, Charleston, SC, Memphis and Nashville.

Everdream plans to relocate early next year and set up athree-shift operation, starting with a staff of 50. The companyplans to hire another 300 employees over the next three years.
