TooJay's Original GourmetDeli, which was started by two guysnamed Jay in West Palm Beach, areopening the 6,000 square footrestaurant in February.The free-standing deli will open in TheFountains Shopping Center at119st and Glenwood streets. Therestaurant will seat 160 persons insideand 30 on the patio.
TooJay's currently has 12 locations open in Florida and plans toopenother locations in St. Louis and Denver.
