Newport Beach-based Venture Retail bought the property at thesouthwest corner of Frazee Road and Route 76 from Highpointe, aresidential developer. The sale price was not disclosed.
Highpointe sold three residential properties to Kaufman &Broad Home Corp and a multifamily property to the Morgan Group lastyear.
"This is our last property sale in Rancho del Oro, but it doesnot end our involvement with the city of Oceanside," says SteveVliss, president of Highpointe. "We are working on several otherprojects."
