"Ten Bank St.'s location near the train station is veryconvenient for us," says Michael A. Donnelly, Apple One's regionaldirector. "The building has a well-kept appearance, which isimportant to us. And the property managers have been veryaccommodating."
W&M represented the building owner, Zaleski Real Estate LLCof New York City represented Apple One. W&M Properties is themarketing and managing agent for the 12-story, 220,000-sf officebuilding.
