Printing Company Stays in Irvine With Purchase of New Facility

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Precision Offset paid $2.4 million to Viking Pumps of Southern California for an industrial building in Irvine. The printing company will move in next year.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The Precision Offset printing company will be relocating within the city of Irvine with the purchase of a 24,824-sf industrial building.

Precision paid $2.4 million for the building located at 17422 Murphy Ave. The firm will move its corporate headquarters and printing operation to the new facility sometime during the first quarter of 2001.

Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented both the buyer and the seller, Irvine-based Viking Pumps of Southern California, in the transaction.
