Colliers Oxford, Kucera Co. Locate Office Space for Nine Clients

AUSTIN-In a flurry of office leasing, Austin’s Colliers Oxford Commercial and Kucera Co. recently have finalized 68,456 sf in leases for nine clients.

Colliers Oxford has negotiated a deal for Builder Homesite Inc. to occupy 25,000 sf at Centre Creek Plaza, located at 1812 Centre Creek Dr., while Kucera Co. has signed First Place Realty Inc. to 14,614 sf at 3307 Northland Dr.

Other recent Colliers Oxford deals are:

The Cobalt Group Inc., 10,000 sf at 7004 Bee Cave Rd.;College Hire.com, 4,000 sf at Hannig Row, 200 E. Sixth St.;Spine Center Inc., 1,500 sf at The Kroger Center, 3724 Executive Center Dr.

The Kucera Co. has signed four of the recent nine deals for the following:

The Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, 3,692 sf at 515 Congress Ave.;The Eye Clinic of Austin, 4,591 sf at One Far West Blvd., with Southwest Strategies Group also negotiating the pact;General Service Commission, 3,440 sf at 9800 N. Lamar Blvd., with Trammell Crow Co. also handling the transaction;Chase Global Services Corp., 1,619 sf at 9800 N. Lamar Blvd.
