Brian Driscoll and Eric Northbrook of San Diego-based ColliersInternational represented the seller. Towne Centre Resourcesrepresentedthe buyer.

Nexus Scripps Ranch was designed by Pacific CornerstoneArchitects. R.G. Petty was the general contractor. The constructionlender was City National Bank.
