The five-story, Class A Blackwell II office building willfeature a curved glass rotunda at the entrance, high-speedelevators and covered executive parking. Foulger-Pratt is thegeneral contractor on both buildings.
Blackwell I, designed by the DC-based architectural firm HickokWarner Fox, will be completed in September 2001, according toexpectations. Rydex Inc., an investment money manager; Human GenomeSciences, The University of Phoenix; and Blackwell Deli arecurrently moving into the building.
