Codina Buys 600-Acre Free Zone Property for High-Tech Park

MIAMI-The new facility, Beacon CyberPort, has 750,000 sf of existing warehouse, showroom and office and will have 200,000 sf of new construction. The price of the property was not disclosed.

Codina plans to add another 200,000 sf and convert the propertyto a high-tech business park called Beacon CyberPort. The dollaramount of the planned renovations is undetermined. The tenant baseis expected to comprise importers/ exporters to Latin America andtelecommunications firms.
