The building, at 10249 Church Ranch Blvd., is near Sun's onemillion-sf office campus at the Interlocken Business Park inBroomfield. Earlier this year, Sun had leased two buildings,totaling 266,000 sf, in Westminster's Westmoor Technology Park.

Sun expects to move into the Church Ranch building in March. TheDenver-based Etkin Johnson Group is developing Church Ranch withGregg Bradbury and Charlie McCay, the long-time owners of the landalong the US 36 corridor between Boulder and Denver.
