The lease is the first space outside Manhattan for RockefellerCenter Business Centers, which will build out the space asexecutive offices and then sublet to small businesses and localoutposts of larger businesses. Cushman & Wakefield will use itsspace as its new Silicon Valley brokerage office. Both saidThursday they are looking forward to an increased presence inSilicon Valley. If the set up works, Rockefeller Center BusinessCenters will likely follow RGDC into other markets in similarfashion.
