Denton Affordable Housing has bought Denton seven duplexes fromC.G. and Jeff McNeil while Storage Unlimited of Houston hasacquired about four acres at the intersection of SWQ CrystalSprings and Susan Drive from Crystal Properties. Other sales thisweek are M.D.L. Investors LP, a 21,000-sf building from VelloIndustries at 3650 Marvin D. Love Freeway in Dallas and The King'sCos., an 11,000-sf showroom in Dallas' Design District from MarkModares.

Also, Digital Computer Integration Corp. is taking 19,780 sf ofoffice-tech space at 1009 Jupiter Rd. in Plano; and HammonElectronics Inc is leasing 5,946 sf from RREEF for a regionalheadquarters and distribution site.
