The center features a 6,000-sf food court and has flexible floorto accommodate users from 500 to 5,000 sf, including threefree-standing outpad buildings.
Marketing of the project, called Island@carlsbad, is beinghandled by Kirk Allison and Vic Gausepohl in the Carlsbad office ofColliers International. Leases in excess of 30,000 sf, valued atmore than $6million, have recently been signed with a variety ofretail and small office tenants.
