DETROIT – Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. has announced plans to move its regional offices from Southfield to the City of Detroit. The move will take place spring 2001, according to company officials. Griswold Place on Fort Street will the new home for the regional office.

Company officials stated that revitalization of the city was the reason for the move. Trammell Crow plans to create 10 new shopping districts in the city. The company, founded in 1948, has 170 offices in the U.S. and Canada.
