Prometheus Real Estate Group is developing the project, onCreekside Way off East Hamilton Avenue. The site is a block fromthe Hamilton Light Rail Station, a location the developers sayprovides ideal public-transportation access.
Construction is expected to begin early next year on theprojects, both of which were designed by the Gensler architecturefirm. Phil Mahoney and Todd Shaffer of Cornish & CareyCommercial are handling the leasing process. No tenants have beenannounced.
