The $3.5-million apartment project is being built by AffirmedHousing Group. Grading for the project, which is scheduled forcompletion in September 2001, began in mid-September.
The project consists of three two-story residential buildingswith 48 units. Davis Group Architecture & Planning is thearchitect, Structural Technology Consultants is the structuralengineer on the project and Masson & Associates is the civilengineer.
