STAMFORD, CT-The leasing interest at 1515 Summer St. here is expected to be intense because the 66,000 sf property is completely vacant and offers large space users one of only a handful of options in the Downtown office market. Officials with CB Richard Ellis, recently named exclusive leasing agent for the building by owner 1515 Summer Street Associates, say former tenants, several divisions of the state, relocated to other properties in the city.

“This is one of the few large blocks of available space located in Stamford or even in lower Fairfield County,” comments Al Mirin, vice president of CB Richard Ellis.

Ned Burns of CB Richard Ellis adds, “Not only does the building lend itself to a large user, but the 12,000 sf floors are an excellent size for smaller users. Also, while Downtown buildings are tight on parking, 1515 Summer St. offers over three parking spaces per 1,000 sf leased.”
