SKB principal and acquisitions director Todd Gooding wasunavailable for comment Friday afternoon on the purchase price andthe occupancy rate of the so-called "Crane-Hymer" portfolio. In apress release, he described the deal as "an institutional, qualityportfolio at an attractive initial yield." Dermody chief operatingofficer Aaron Paris described it as his company's "largestportfolio sale to date" and that SKB was one of "many suitableinvestors" interested in being the buyer.
