The Draper, UT-based TenFold Corp., a provider of e-businessapplications for banking, communications, energy, healthcare,insurance, and investment management companies, has leased 65,650sf at 200 S. Wacker. TenFold's new offices will be located on the4th, 15th, and 16th floors of the building. Cushman & Wakefieldrepresented TenFold during negotiations with owners Lend Lease andthe John Buck Co.
I-Works has subleased 18,500-sf at 500 W. Madison, expanding itsoffice space to 23,000-sf. Citicorp, the sublessor of the space,was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle. B2B Works, an on-lineadvertising network, has leased 5,000 sf at 43 W. Erie St., as partof an expansion of its office space. It currently occupies 20,000sf. Building ownership was represented by Armour Management.
