EastRidge Properties Signs Seven New Lease Deals

WHITE PLAINS-A total of 24,285 sf in new lease deals have been signed at the EastRidge Properties’ portfolio of buildings along I-287. These include several notable lease renewals, EastRidge officials relate.

Ellen Lynch, senior vice president and managing director of EastRidge Properties, announced that Allegiance Telecom Company Worldwide signed a lease for 7,301 sf at 3 Gannett Dr. The Wagner Group represented the tenant in the transaction. In addition, Pollock & Maguire, Esq., leased space at 106 Corporate Park Dr. The firm signed for 4,313 sf and was a previous EastRidge tenant at 925 Westchester Ave.

Lynch also notes that Schwartz Levin & Milano LLP, a new EastRidge tenant, signed a lease for 3,940 sf at 707 Westchester Ave. Austin Corporate Properties Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. In another new deal, Darby Trading Inc. signed a deal for 1,840 sf at 110 Corporate Park Dr. McCarthy O’Callaghan Co. represented the tenant. Also at 110 Corporate Park Dr., Orient Corporation signed a lease for 1,016 sf. Redac Realty Inc. represented the tenant.

EastRidge also reports that two tenants have renewed their leases. Fred Woolf List Company Inc. renewed its lease for 2,278 sf at 110 Corporate Park Dr. and took an additional 1,691 sf. Rakow Commercial Realty Group represented the tenant. Cloud 9 Consulting Inc. also renewed its lease of 1,906 sf at 106 Corporate Park Dr.
