Ethentica Signs Lease to Relocate Corporate Headquarters

ALISO VIEJO, CA-Ethentica's new six-year lease will move the company from Lake Forest next month into an office building owned by Shea Properties.

ALISO VIEJO, CA-Ethentica, a designer of user-identification products for computer security, has signed a six-year lease for a 33,915-sf office building in a deal worth $4 million.

The building, part of Shea Properties’ Town Center Corporate Park project, is located at 26940 Laguna Hills Dr. Ethentica’s corporate headquarters, currently in Lake Forest, will be relocated to the new building in December 2000.

Brokers from Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented the owner, Shea Properties of Aliso Viejo in the transaction. Brokers from The Staubach Co.’s Irvine office dealt for the tenant.
