The Seaman's store is replacing a demolished freestanding autoparts retailer. It is the first new construction on the site sinceStarwood Heller took it over.

The 90,000-sf former Rickles store on the property has alreadybeen converted to multi-tenant use. Bob's Stores and Bed, Bath& Beyond currently occupy most of the building, although 12,300sf remains available. The Seaman's store is expected to open to thepublic next spring.
