Matco has its international headquarters in Prescot, at 2054Willo Creek Road, and has purchased 130 acres west of downtownPrescott, adjacent to the master-planned community of ForestTrails. The company has presented plans to Prescott's Planning andZoning Commission for approval, which include 300,000 sf of officespace, a helipad and several single-family homes.
Matco currently has its headquarters in four office buildings inPrescott at 2054 Willo Creek Rd. The parcel there is zoned for ninebuildings, which the company plans to build on. The company wouldrelocate from its current location to the new headquarters once itscompleted and would either lease or sell its vacated space, companyofficials told GlobeSt.com.
The proposed headquarters would house approximately 375employees.
