The facility will be comprised of a two-story 25,000-sf officeportion and a one-story 110,000-sf manufacturing, processing andwarehousing section. Also being included on the site is surfaceparking for 450 cars. Construction is scheduled for completion inthe third quarter of 2001. Libertyville-based Randall BeesArchitect Inc. will design the project.

Plexus is utilizing the last industrial development site in the72-acre mixed-use park. Plans for the final phase of developmentinclude the Plexus building; a five-story, multi-tenant 142,000-sfoffice building; and a two-story, multi-tenant, speculative67,000-sf office building. When fully developed by the end of 2001,Millbrook will have seven facilities totaling 1.1 million sf--fouroffice buildings and three industrial structures.

Plexus plans to relocate approximately 125 employees from itscurrent printed circuit board manufacturing location in Wheeling,IL. Over time, Plexus plans to add up to 200 new employees to itsnew location in Buffalo Grove.
