Similarly, SAS Institute, a data and voice transmission company,has taken 18,248 sf on two floors. Howard Sadkin of CorporateRealty Advisors represented the tenant. Frank Pratt, VP of businessdevelopment, was the rep for the Bedminster-based Advance RealtyGroup in both transactions.
