The largest leases have Analog Devices Inc. signing for 45,000sf of office space at 6500 River Place Blvd. and WS Net taking15,000 sf of industrial space at Research Interchange, located at9330 United Dr.

Bechtel Corp. is leasing 6,500 sf of industrial space atSouthpark A along St. Elmo Road while Pacifica Solutions LLC hassealed a pact for 6,500 sf of office space at The Reserve along N.Capital of Texas Highway. Journyx is leasing 6,054 sf of officespace at 9800 N. Lamar Blvd.

In other pacts, Metropolis Editorial Inc. will be moving into3,776 sf of office space at 1210 W. Fifth St. Shindler ElevatorCorp. has signed for 3,000 sf of office space at 8868 ResearchBlvd. while Harder Livesay Inc. has snagged 2,710 sf of officespace at Kaleido I, also along Research Boulevard.
