AUSTIN-Area brokers have sealed 89,056 sf in leases for 12 clients this week in the Austin area.

The largest leases have Analog Devices Inc. signing for 45,000 sf of office space at 6500 River Place Blvd. and WS Net taking 15,000 sf of industrial space at Research Interchange, located at 9330 United Dr.

Bechtel Corp. is leasing 6,500 sf of industrial space at Southpark A along St. Elmo Road while Pacifica Solutions LLC has sealed a pact for 6,500 sf of office space at The Reserve along N. Capital of Texas Highway. Journyx is leasing 6,054 sf of office space at 9800 N. Lamar Blvd.

In other pacts, Metropolis Editorial Inc. will be moving into 3,776 sf of office space at 1210 W. Fifth St. Shindler Elevator Corp. has signed for 3,000 sf of office space at 8868 Research Blvd. while Harder Livesay Inc. has snagged 2,710 sf of office space at Kaleido I, also along Research Boulevard.

A 2,400-sf leasing pact has been signed by the Design Group Austin for the North Austin Business Center, located at 8711 Burnet Rd. Also finalized is a 1,552-sf contract for Charles Morris and John Craven, who will be officing at 3307 Northland Dr. Other deals have The Sterling Market Corp. taking 1,605 sf of office space at Plaza 7000, located at 7000 N. MoPac Blvd. and Richard Kamerman PC leasing 1,161 sf of office space at Greystone Plaza at 7200 N. MoPac Blvd. Less than 1,000 sf of office space is being taken by Faith Partners Inc. at Timberline Office Park along Wallingwood Drive and Swenson Employer Services at the Jefferson, located at 1600 W. 38th St.
