The transaction,valued at more than $7.1 million, was negotiated by Jeff Weiner andRob Holland of Kislak Realty, Woodbridge, NJ. Kushner's residentialportfolio now stretches beyond New Jersey to New York,Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Florida.
