That project will become a reality on Tuesday, Nov. 21, whenLantis and Hartz officials jointly break ground to inaugurateconstruction. Officials from the Hackensack Meadowlands DevelopmentCommission, which oversees the planning and development of theenvironmentally sensitive region, will also be on hand for thefestivities.

The facility is slated for completion in September 2001, andit's the penultimate building in the sprawling Harmon Covemixed-use project, which Hartz began developing in 1966. The lastavailable parcel is said to have been committed, with anannouncement expected shortly.
