The Denver-based Etkin Johnson Group is developing the LafayetteCorporate Campus, which eventually will have 1.5 million sf ofhigh-tech office and office/flex space. The campus is near US 36,the corridor that links Denver and Boulder.
Mike Lisa, LCIS facilities manager, says the company isattracted to the campus because of its easy access to Denver andBoulder, excellent views, competitive lease rates and proximity toother high-profile companies.
Logicon is headquartered in Herndon, VA. In Colorado, it isoutgrowing its space in Longmont, which, like Lafayette, is nearBoulder.
