Austin Corporate Properties also reports that the Manhattan lawfirm Schwartz, Levin & Milano will relocate to 4,000 sf ofspace at 707 Westchester Ave., a 142,000 sf office building ownedby EastRidge Properties. Austin Corporate Properties representedthe law firm in the lease deal.
