"We wanted to specifically stay in this building," Ellen Slaby,director of public relations for Centra, tells GlobeSt.com. "Welike the location a lot and we did a lot of buildout on thebuilding."Slaby notes that the expansion is due to the rapid growththe company is currently experiencing – both in employees andcustomers. Clients for the software company include AmericanExpress, Domino's Pizza and Proctor & Gamble. Centra hasoffices nationwide and right outside of London. The company is alsodue to open branch offices in France and Switzerland within thenext few weeks.John Boyle of Trammel Crow Cos. represented Centrawhile Stacey A. Baker, vice president –leasing for BostonProperties Inc. served as the company's in-house leasingrepresentative. Slaby would not disclose lease rates for theproperty but this area has become one of the most desirablesuburban office markets in the Greater Boston area with lease ratesas high as $60 per sf.
