Bradley helped establish his firm's foothold in San Diego twodecades ago. Since beginning his career, Bradley has managed togrow the local Colliers International offices in San Diego Countyfrom four persons to an organization with more than 50 brokers anda support staff of 30.

The commercial real estate company, which has more than 250offices in 52 countries around the world, posted revenue of over$900 million last year--second only to CB Richard Ellis.

Bradley will be turning over the management of the company toBill Rodewald, the current executive managing director for theSouthwest region, and James Zimsky, managing director of the SanDiego office.
