Sab Russo of CB Richard Ellis' Iselin, NJ ultimately arranged afive-year lease worth $4 million for 38,000 sf at GMH CapitalPartners' Windsor Corporate Park, specifically at the park's 300building. GMH Realty, the owner's in-house brokerage arm,represented the other side.
Windsor Corporate Park itself has a storied history. RCA, MartinMarietta and General Electric have owned it variously.Lockheed-Martin once designed and assembled satellites in one ofits industrial buildings.
GMH bought the complex in 1998, renovated the four-building,300,000-sf office component and has razed the 400,000 sf ofindustrial buildings. The firm plans to build more than a millionsf of office space on the freed-up land.
