Among other projects in the Seattle area, the VancouverB.C.-based Bentall has plans for the corner of NE 4th St. and 108thAve. in Bellevue. The site is zoned to accommodate 775,000 sf ofoffice space, though a 70,000-sf office building now occupies aportion of the available area. Bentall has initiated site planningand conceptual design work for two additional office buildings toutilize the site's development potential. Bentall has not, as yet,announced a start date for that project, to be called SummitRidge.
