A New Jersey-based manufacturer of metal fasteners has signed a$4.4-million, 10-year lease for 75,116 sf inside the businesscomplex. Located at 8750 Rex Rd., the building will be used asoffice and warehouse space by tenant Heads and Threads.
The other building, encompassing 111,384 sf, will be used byfurniture maker Studio RTA as its corporate headquarters. Theseven-year lease for the building, at 8700 Rex Rd., is valued at$4.3 million.
The Anaheim office of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented theowner, City of Industry-based Majestic Realty Co./AMB, in bothtransactions. CB Richard Ellis represented Studio RTA and FremontProperties represented tenant Heads and Threads.
