Richard Van Houten, Jr., vice president in the Parsippany, NJoffice of the Trammell Crow Co. engineered the sale. The sale wasactually more of as disposition process, because TCC had tofacilitate development of RFP specs in order to develop totalproject cleanup costs. The site will require some remediation.

The process also included establishing values for a sizableinventory of machinery and equipment, much of it aging. Most ofthat machinery and equipment will be sold via both auction and bulksale.
